This strap seems to be Austrian Bundesheer post WWII.
The Maker "Schluga St.Veit an der Glan" was a prime maker for the Bundesheer,

Something strange here. On 1938 dated strap I would expect aluminium buckle and not steel wire one.

    Equipment Strap for review

    Hi total,

Is this an original W.W.2 German equipment strap? It measures 12.5mm wide and 68cm in lenght. Its stamped with the maker marked "Schmidt Berlin SW19" and with an ink stamp. Thanking you all in advance and hoping to hear from some of you very soon.

    Regards, Michel
