Ankle boot markings...???

Hi all:
I have a pair of German ankle boots. I'm hoping someone can help me understand what the markings/stamps on the inside mean.
The longest string of numbers is on the upper inside of the boots. The shorter number is stamped on the inside bottom/sole.

Heel protection plate marking

Both the heel plates/protective rims are marked with numbers: the right boot '17', the left boot '18'.

Small Number

This is the size of the " Absatzeisen" . 17 is approx. Shoe Size 40-41. The Size goes to 22.

Recomend to use search engine here to find ORIGINAL german M37, M37/43, M37/44 or M44 boots to see how german made boots look like.

You will find plenty of examples to compare with those boots.

Those are definately not german made boots; might be some foreign made boots , as german army used many occupied countries army stocks.

No, as these are not german army boots.

These are postwar. The first German Bundeswehr boots.
