              You would think there would be more examples of the Zentis products around, considering how popular the brand was. I have one jar and have only seen the lid you show and the can on Ostfronts site. Jim

                          On page 278 we identified this as a NKV stove. This is in fact an accessory piece issued with the steel carbide lantern accessories kit. This piece would be filled with petroleum and used instead of carbide. However its possible that some igenious soldiers figured out that it could be used to warm up rations.Jim
