Hello,
It definitely does not look like german wartime Ubertragungsgerät 37 Empfänger.
The turret like connection on top is different, the dials are inverted,...
Can you open it ?

Definitely not Flak Luftwaffe WW2. There must be some FL numbers on the dials.
But maybe Kriegsmarine. The dials look like some you can see in the book "Marine-Flak-Artillerie".
The color would also fit with Kriegsmarine devices.

Yes it opens but no clues on the inside, the connector reveals that it is made by Siemens. The box seems to be repainted.

A similar device for Luftwaffe or Kriegsmarine marked Hw.-Empfänger C.38, that might help to identify both, rather on a range finder than on a gun as WAF member Dufleuve explained me.gyro angle receiver bgq2.jpg ?

Hello Glaser,
The Hw-Empfanger C.38 is also typical Kriegsmarine, and this one could have been placed on a gun as it is a receiver.
The ones on the KdoG 40 are of course for Luftwaffe Flak and are also receivers for data coming from the Wurzburg or other radar.
