Two ships clocks - Junghans and K&O

    Hi.

I have had these for a long time now and both are working.
Does anyone know what the value is one clocks like this these days?
I have done som searhing on google and different dealers and the Kieninger & Obergfell clock varies a lot. All from $1500 to $3500.
I have not found a similar Junghans clock with two eagles like this one so I have no idea what the value is.

    Thanks,
    Regards, André

    Hello Andre.

I am not an expert but is the first clock with the two eagles legit ?
Personally I would hesitate to buy it but maybe I am wrong.

For the second examples I do have bought 2 examamples at around 1500 Euro.

    Regards
    Christian

Thank you for the reply Christian.

The Junghans clock is an original. I did have some info on it, but it's all lost in a HDD crash I had a coupple of years ago. I found this while trying to search for new info on the clock.

From the book: Militäruhren by Konrad Knirim.
Here you can see a similar click from Junghans - marked "Friedo frier Wilhelmshaven" (same as my clock), but this one has two weimar eagles.
I do not have access to more of that book so I'm not sure if he has written anything about the clock with two KM eagles.

I could not get any larger and better photo from the book (taken from the internet).

      Regards,
      André
