    Personally, I think the 5 watt Sender is the coolest looking German radio.

            That's very cool. The Germans sure can write awesome technical docs. The US documents provide too much information for the person just trying to set the unit up for simple operation.

              This is very simple and gets to the point. Just read the Barger book on how to set up and use the 5WS it is not easy!!.
