        Nice and scarce buckle buckle
I think that the 1936 made F Reichsauer Heer buckles are unmarked, I have one in my collection, from 1937 the buckles are FRO marked under the post sleeve

EB / Ivan - I have a 1937 marked tabbed by Reischauer on a Heer buckle that is not marked FRO under the post sleeve. I cannot tell you if the buckle is 1936 or 1937 as I do not believe the die changed going into 1937. I have personally not seen a marked 1937 Heer Reischauer buckle - of course this does not mean that there aren't any. Reischauer could have continued to use the 1936 die into 1937 and then changed it later in 1937.

I believe I secured this buckle from Ben Evans many moons ago.

You are right Dan, the FRO marked buckle example that I stated above have a R Sieper 1937 marked tab, I have find another unmarked buckle with 1937 crossed stamp as yours: https://www.wehrmacht-awards.com/for...-unmarked-heer
1938 seems to be the new die date
