Hj fantasy pin?

Hi - I am looking at a HJ "Leader's pin", which is basically an enameled HJ Diamond set it a surrounding Gold wreath. The odd part is the back. It has RZM and BM 1/122. I have never heard of a BM 1/122 before. Has anybody?
