Maker mark on the ring "30": Hauptmünzamt Wien.

            M1/154: Unknown Manufacturer.

Maybe "M1/154" is no longer an unknown manufacturer?

Or maybe it's Souval, guessing is for free

NSDAP crosses doesn´t fall under the PK they are RZM thus 30 can´t be Hauptmüntzamt. 30 is as Peter states Souval and the M1/154 is not listed on my RZM list and Souval isn´t on the list so a good guess is Souval

I had a swedish girlfriend, and swedish women are not listed in my list of honest women. This means that no Swedish woman can be honest? Guessing is for free.

Rudolf Souval had the codes "98" and "L/58". 30 was the code for the mint of Vienna.

                    Mr von Burgdorf,

Guessing is indeed for free, but learning and trying to comprehend the written word ought to be taken more seriously. As already stated by Hans, the Präsidialkanzlei-numbers and the LDO-numbers (for Souval "98" and L/58) have no relevance to this topic. The SS LS-decorations were controlled by the Reichzeugmeisterei (RZM) in the sub-category M11, hence Souval had M11/30. Later on yet another sub-category was introduced specificly for the SS LS miniatures, M12. As for women if agree though, they are strange guys

                    cheers
                    Peter

Something makes me wonder if it ain´t the other way around in your part judging from your behaviour and reply

No, your comment was directed to the set after you read my post. I thought you might know something I didn't, since you felt the description by the original poster didn't call for any objections from your part. Sorry for not being a mind-reader.

                          cheers

Unfortunately I'm not a mind-reader neither. As you can see I only reacted to the pics kindly posted in this thread by Von.Burgdorf showing a nice and original NSDAP Dienstauszeichnung in Silber im Etui ! Not only the DA but also the case is in a perfect condition, which is rarely the case (no pun...) IMHO. Sorry that I didn't notice nor react to your statement regarding RZM M1/154.

Very nice 15year cross in great condition!

While we can never be sure if a box and cross have been mixed over the last 70+ years, I think it is a good bet that M1/154 is indeed Souval. It is logical since whoever the maker was, they were certainly located in Vienna.

If it doesn't have a hinge and catch, I'm not interested......well, maybe a little......
