    Hi is this an original zinc FO , with repair to catch thanks for any help martin .

    Hi Martin,

    this is not an FO badge.It is a Steinhauer & Luck variant with what appears to be a repaired catch.
    Hard to tell from the pictures but it should be of two piece construction,with a seperately attatched,rivetted globe.

    BTW,i'm from Brum too !!

      I agree with Martin, it's an S&L badge, AC# 3.1.4 in the classification system. I think the catch is fine but the globe has likely been reattached which would explain why the rivet seems to have been messed with and the globe is a bit rotated.

        I also agree, it;s S&L zincer with repaired rivet.Here is a rivet on my example.
