FJ splinter smock

I'd like sharing this FJ splinter smock. Used but not abused.
The eagle is a good FJ one but IMO resewed.
Unfortunately, the LP pouche is missing.

Nice late war type with period applied eagle . A shame for the missing parts .

The eagle is re-sewn, but oddly it is the smock's original eagle. I recognise the smock, it came out of a loft in Austria, along with a few other FJ items.It stank of rat urine, and took a lot of cleaning. The upper zips were missing and the pockets sewn shut as I remember. I found the eagle sewn inside one of the closed pockets. There is a thread about it somewhere. I sold the smock to a friend ( now deceased) . I suspect he added the eagle again. Here is the eagle unattached:

Very interesting. Things turn around.
After a close inspection, I confirm that the upper zippers have been stitched up.
