I'm showing and asking for thoughts on this item for a friend. He is not a member, these belonged to his Father who has now passed away, my friend is not a collector but wish's to sell his Fathers collection. I did some research on this, I know what it was awarded for, but I'm not a RK expert. Here are the photos of the case and some of the medals inside. It would appear that there are no photos of the EK2 at this time. Any comments or suggestions are welcome. Thank you all in advance.

Case is fake, EK1 is a Floch and I don't like the KC,

As far as I know the eagle should be gold on top but the gold finish could have vanished over time. I can't comment on originality either of a piece like this, but if it is a war-time original this is an eyecatcher in every collection and worth a considerable sum of money.

I had a gut feeling these were bad, even though all 3 pieces were iron cored just another high to low end fakery. I will let him know the bad news. Thank you all. Dave.Comment
