Its a good W&L. Frame/pin looks like is has been cleaned.

This cross have IMO been heavily cleaned.

this is what we can really call a heavily cleaned. There is absolutely no finish on pin and neusilber parts...

My guess is it was 'refurbished ' ....

heavy corrosion on body, horizontal pin,,,
i think it is ground found body with replaced core?
