            And it was not expensive

                    Like Pierce, i've never seen the Luft PB on a ribbonbar before, dont know if anone else has??
                    Surely this is a very rare combination on a ribbonbar!!!!

                      A 57er at a flea market? You certainly wouldn't see that here in the states!

                      A rare feldspangen for sure!!!

                              Aaaahh.... Interesting pieces!!
                              I have read that these were prototype pieces made by S&L, the idea was, i think, that they could be worn alongside medals on bars, but for whatever reason, the idea was dropped, but not until after S&L had already made a fair amount of them!!
                              Dont know if anyone else has heard this, or has any other idea's or info on them??
                              S&L sold them off to collectors in the 1960's i think, you dont see them very often these days!! They can't be called proper 57ers, but are still of interest to 57 and postwar collectors!!!
