some norwegian things?

Did get a box full of mainly norwegian things a while ago. I think a lot is post war, but maybe not everything. Here 3 items, maybe you can help in identifying and dating it.

The shoalder boards.....look like coastal artillery or similar?
the medal with the owl....reminds me of a gents club or similar?

Oh....totally wrong then on those. As mentioned it is a box full of mainly nordic postwar stuff, but other items as well.....
