I'm trying to find out what aircraft it came from? Any help is greatly appreciated

Maybe this data plate was attached to Shiden's prototype.

１号局戦（Ichi Go Kyokusen） is the name of Shiden's prototype.
Code name of Shiden and Shiden Kai is "George".
