Japanese boots?

Good afternoon Dear society. Such boots were found in one of the village houses in Ukraine. The owner knows nothing about them. My comrades and I think that these are Japanese military boots from the Second World War. I wonder if it's really Japanese boots or some other country? I will be very grateful for any answers. You are correct these are Japanese.
