I spelt Harima wrong; it should be: 播磨

        播磨大掾藤原清光

I found him in Markus Sesko's "Swordsmiths of Japan."

KIYOMITSU (清光), Kanbun (寛文, 1661-1673), Etchū – “Etchū-jū Fujiwara Kiyomitsu” (越中住藤原清光), “Harima no Daijō Fujiwara Kiyomitsu” (播磨大掾藤原清光), first name Gorōzaemon (五郎左衛門), some sources list also the first name Yaroku (弥六), he lived in Etchū´s Toyama (富山), son of Koshirō Shigekiyo (小四郎重清), dense ko-itame, blackish jigane, the jihada mostly stands out towards the base of the blade, chū-suguha or gunome in nioi-deki with ko-nie, typical Kashū-nakago-jiri, was was active from about Kanbun to Enpō (延宝, 1673-1681), wazamono, jō-saku.
