bulgarian low boots?

Hi guys. I was told these might be ww2 Bulgarian boots?
I have no knowledge in this so please if someone can help with some information and price evaluvation since I intend to sell them.

nothing look particularly Bulgarian to me. None of the wartime photos i have seen seem to show speed lace hooks (have all holes) and ankle construction is different. Bulgarian enlisted items are also often fairly simple construction and not so well made, so cloth lining would be a bit unusual. Most of army wore jackboots except Armoured Brigade and very limited issue to other units 1944/45, so low boots are rare (not to confuse with postwar BNA boots, which are sometimes sold as WW2, especially 50s ones).
