Dagger for officer on Russian Battleship - Please Authenticate

    Hello!

As some of you may know, I'm a big collector of naval artifacts and I stumbled upon this cool item - a dagger that was supposedly given to an officer that stationed on the Russian battleship Tsesarevich, which was later renamed to Grazhdanin when she was added to the Red Fleet.

It is a tantalizing item to me and I don't think such items are big in the reproduction market (contrast that from Nazi Germany stuff), but I was wondering what the experts on this forum think about this dagger. I got a picture that showcases the dagger on both sides. It is worth a pretty penny and I'll definitely love to purchase it...if it is authentic.

Cross guard with the words "For Bravery" on both sides.

Inscription (translation) on the blade: "Squadron Battleship Tsesarevich"

    Thanks!

Even from these low res pics I can tell that the scabbard is fake, so I would walk away from this combo!

Great pics, the scabbard is still a fake, like I said, better walk away from the whole rig. I don’t like the dagger as well. Like they say “too good to be true”!

You’re probably right. Thanks for letting me know.

It's not even a fake, it's a fantasy. Moreover, ugly.
