    Each of the discoveries is interesting. Over time they will find more.
    "Get to those men in Bastogne" - (then) LTC. Creighton Abrams, battalion commander of the 4th Armored Division spearhead that broke the seige on Dec. 26, 1944.

      The 7 sunk vessels were :

      Japanese carrier Soryū : June 4, 1942
      Japanese carrier Kaga : June 4, 1942 - main wreck found on October 18, 2019
      Japanese carrier Akagi : June 5, 1942 - found on October 20, 2019

      Japanese carrier Hiryū : June 5, 1942
      Japanese heavy cruiser Mikuma : June 6, 1942
      American destroyer Hammann : June 6, 1942
      American carrier Yorktown : June 7, 1942 - found on May 19, 1998
