              I want to thank you all for your wonderdful and touching comments. Not many people get to experience the pride and admiration of a father who gave so much to defend his country. To be able to share his achievements and his memoirs with people like yourselves is truly an honor.

                              UPDATE to Thread

                              I thought I would share an update on some more items collected from my father.


                              Photo of wall - added more frames to wall to include the Unit Crest's that he collected during WWII and after, Award Certificates, and Promotion Certificates - all original!
