Default k98 or o3a3

I sold my o3a3 reciently. and regret it. so I am looking for another. does any one know where I can pick up a o3a3 smith or rem? also looking for a k98 with out paying an arm, I went to a gun show in detroit and the prices some these monkeys are trying to get is out ragous. 300 for an import mismatched k98 600 for a beat up o3a3

As far as K98 rifles go, I've noticed some decent prices on these on Mr. Dennis Kroh's website, www.empirearms.com. He has them listed by code, and whether or not the swastika markings have been pinged. I believe these to be Russian captures if I am not mistaken.

Get qualified and go pick up a nice one right off the rack for 500 bucks, they aren't far from you. (Camp Perry, Northern Ohio)

I bought a 03a3 for 650 remington in exclent condtion. It has the strait stock, can some one tell me when they used the c stock or pistol grip stock and which is more desirable?
