A friend of mine has picked of a very nice Mauser Rifle,very good condition,matching numbers,well marked Waffenfabrik Mauser Oberndorf a/n 1900,he deciced to sell,whats the value of a rifle like this and what would be a fair price.

Mauser made some fo the first lots of swede M96 6,5x55 rifles for the swedish government. I would think in todays market a matching oberndorf made swede 96 is in the $300 to $500 range if bore is clean , and it looks as good as it does in hand as the picture shows.
