Default Saxon Ribbon Bar & Question

Hello All,
I picked up this apparently Saxon ribbon bar at a flea market several weeks ago. I've been trying to figure out what the ribbon in the 2nd position is for. I cannot find it in the Nimmergut Banderkatalog and haven't had much luck elsewhere. The ribbon is white-gold/yellow mixed-white-gold/yellow mixed-white and has gold swords. Thought that someone might recognize it here. For the rest it appears to be:
1: EK 2
2: ?
3: Albrechtsorder Ritterkreuz w/swords
4: WWI Combatants Cross
5: Saxon Long Service (25 yr. Officer Service Cross ?)

The ribbon in position 5 is badly faded on the front but on the edges at the backside you can make out the green-white-green-white-green-white-green.
The ribbon bar is backed in field gray and is actually not that large, measuring 7.5cm long x 1cm tall. Any imput is appreciated.
Thanks,
Matt
