There is some strange atmosphere in this pic; the approaching thunderstorm, the wind in the trees, the destroyed houses ... and in front of that the German graves, somewhere in Flanders, Belgium. (sorry for the bad scan)

Doug, I am interested in viewing a finer scan of photo "2" so that text are readable, because it looks like a photo from HGr. Nord, possibly from Cholm region... If it's not too much burden, thank you.
