Hello Andy

How wide are the front straps (with the hooks)

Thing I find strange :

Straps look too small... endpieces are missing on front straps

** This doesn't mean automatically that it is not good **

Also stamp is one I've never seen, but that also means nothing !!

Just some observations

Tom

Hi Tom,
..I think it just looks so on the Pics
I´ve just made a Pic next with 2 Other Y-Straps. There´r nothing different in the Measurements. I am absolutely Sure that my Straps are good but if there is someone who has Doubts within a Trade, I want to ask Friends who can Confirm the Authenticity

Best Regards

Andy

Very nice late war Y-straps in mint condition, not often seen with the missing endpieces, but not unusual. I would love to have them in my collection!

Best regards

are the front pouches hooks stamped ? I always considered these "beefed up" thicker hooks as postwar manufacture.
stamp is indeed very odd.. backstrap is very odd - fake most likely. I dont know if I was that happy with them... :/

Those "Hooks" are not existing from Postwar Production...

Michael, from you I would have expected a more qualified Answer

The Backstarp is, like "Antifake" stated before, presumable a Fake-the Straps a for Sure Good. I am just a little bit shocked to get such an Estimate from an experienced Collector like you

Best Regards

Andy

You are not right, same front hooks are on austrian post war Y-straps. But from these pics is hard to judge I don´t like only 1 back strap, all other is fine
