Default what is this please

Hi
Came across this little booklet and would like if possible to find out more about it.
Any ideas as to what it is and if possible a brief translation of the hand written text.
many thanks

andya

the condolence card is sent from a family in Leipzig Möckern to a family called Schwitzing.

I had a look and found only one soldier KIA (from totally 3) in the Volksbund list who was

born in Leipzig.

May be this is the soldier / son of the family KIA:

Nachname:Schwitzing
Vorname:Erich
Dienstgrad:Unteroffizier
Geburtsdatum:17.02.1913
Geburtsort:Leipzig
Todes-/Vermisstendatum:06.07.1942
Todes-/Vermisstenort:H.V.Pl. 1.Zug Sankp. 1/88 Oslinka u.Dij-
Maja

His grave is not known.

Gerdan
