Default Unknown bomb ? fuse

Hello,

I found this fuse in 1 of my boxes, containing all kind of stuff I
received during the last 30 years.

To me it is an unknown item, as this isn't really my collection field.

Is it British perhaps ?

Many, many thanks in advance for your help identifying this fuse !

Ferdinand
