Not an expert on flight boots but they look like a very nice pair of minty flight boots

Great looking boots, The 43 29 on the RBN tag are for the date 1943 & size 29cm.

I'm glad you like the boots. In a few days, when I find some extra time, I will take some pictures of my second pair of Luftwaffe pilot boots. They are brown Knebl & Ditrich boots in an overall fair condition.
