Default Is this SS overcoat original?

I was just offered this overcoat. She says someone told her it is an SS officer's coat. I have my doubts.

Black wool overcoat, no insignia, 5 button closure (2 buttons missing) pebbled buttons made by 25 GEBR GLOERFELD E/E LÜDENSCHEID, tailor label by Liego Kaiserslautern. No size stamps on the lining. The slash pockets and huge collar look ww2 as well as the make of the buttons.

I have no idea what the letters and numbers on the label mean.
The US and 4/60 ??? I never heard of Liego.
Does this thing look good or not?

Looks like some sort of post war coat.

That's what I thought too when I saw 4/60
Any idea what the "US" stands for?

Didn't the Bundeswehr use a "US-....." code system or something?
