Default Unknown Round

From the head stamp can anyone identify this round? The 37-85 appears to be the projectile and case dimensions. Sorry, this is the only picture I have.

It's a 37x85 round, search for it on the internet. It's used on the French Renault tank, and may be some other french weapons. I'm not sure what else.
