Default Kriegsmarine collection

Hi all, I'm new to posting on the forum. An elderly friend whose husband died recently has asked me to sell her husband's collection of Kriegsmarine badges for her. I've looked at some examples on the forum, and although they're very close, I'm just not sure the detail on the eagles and boats is crisp enough for them to be original. I'm also unsure about the blue paint on the sea. Before I get back to her with disappointing news I wondered if I could get some of your opinions.
I'm posting pics of the front and reverse of each. They have the right makers marks but again I'm just not sure if they're crisp enough.

Thanks for any advice.

Hello Greg,

I have to agree. These are not original.

Regards,

Daniel

Thanks for the reply, I had strong doubts. Just in the interests of completeness here's the U-boat badge...

Agreed, all 3 posted so far are crude castings from cheap/soft metal.

Regards
Mike

PS: same for the U-boat badge - another poor casting.

Hi all, many thanks for your replies. My worst suspicions were confirmed. I'll let her know the disappointing news. She gave them to me still in the old clear plastic packets with the descriptions written on so I think her husband probably bought them from a dealer in a market back in the days before the internet.
