This is the one I was referring to, John, although in looking at it again it may be some sort of actual shirt with shoulder boards.

Fegelein was often photographed in a ligh tunic without insignias except the Boards..he was an interesting character.

It also makes sense because - as one result of the bomb - Hitler´s ear drums were damaged and as of yet nobody seems to have noticed that there is a cotton ball sticked in his right ear - obviously soaked in salve to heal the damage.

You can watch it for yourself...the wochenchau of Hitler greeting the Duces train at Wolfschanze shows him salute the flak batallion wagon, with his left hand, and shake the Duce, and his entourage with left hand.
