Talking WW2 German Kriegsmarine binoculars, original/value?

Hi guys,

Offered these binocs and thinking about keeping or trading them. Could anyone give me an idea of value or originality?

They look like these beh (Leitz) ones on this site:

Thanks!

You have a pair 7x50 Rubber Armoured BEH (Leitz) binoculars with original case.

Case in moderate condition, binos looking good, rubber eyecups moderate. What about the optic, still clear?

Hey Guys,

Thanks for the info, excellent link! I am going to see them and possibly buy them tommorow, I might keep them for myself or trade depending on how expensive they are, I will try to send pictures tonight. Is $300-400 too much?

$300-$400 would be a bargain price.

I would value them at double that, but who knows in the current 'buyers' market.

Talking Got em!

Hey Guys,

I bought them! Probably paid a little too much but am going to trade/sell them later on anyway as I just realized another collection came up, yet again can't afford it . Here are some pictures, let me know what you think. Condition is excellent though I think the rubber caps were once connected at the top. Can still see out of them too!

Also, not sure if this is important but after removing the rubber protectors I found a name on the right side etched in: "S Heuthiel" or similar.

Any ideas?
