Festung Thorn. Part III: Fort VIII "Herzog Albrecht"

15. After ~50 meters at last there is a light! Now we are at the ground level - so far we was walking through tunnels and rooms that was build IN the huge earthwork.

16. Lets go outside on the yard.

17. Monumental and rusted crucifixes - to remembrance all of those who died in both World Wars and a victims of Gestapo (in a low levels of Fort VIII that we just saw, Gestapo had an prison...).

I hope this bricken Forts will live many years more. I hope my children will see it someday in a better condition.
