It is not the White Tiger but regular Pz IV replica used in many Soviet movies. Anyway, White Tiger was build on IS chasis, so you are at leasr partly right

I have seen them only once and they were quickly removed from the Internet, since producers insist on keeping the vehicle secret This Tiger1 replica have some fitures common with "White Tiger" - it is done by producer's demands. And you can see "White Tiger"-type fenders loaded on the track togeterr with Tiger1 replica.
