new Railway cap and collar set w/ small badge?

Here is a pic of some recent scores a cap and collar set but i am not very familiar with them . Any ideas ? (also have a second set with slightly different collars and no small badge. Also is the smaller badge for a wedge cap ?

These insignia are for a Tram Operator.

Hello Diane,
I agree with you that these are insignia for a tram operator, but I would like to ask about the lower middle badge. Is that a TR period badge or is it post war?
Unfortunately there is no reference on tram operators insignia and uniforms.
I appreciate any help with regards this insignia.

The Lower, middle badge could be pre-1945. I think this pattern was also used well into the 1960's so it is a tough call.
