Thank you guys for all your comments
Well the pioneer tunic has gone in a trade......so something new had to come in to take its place.
I got this worn and salty channel set, the electric wires has been removed and I think it has been used postwar for warm clothing....so it has suffered a bit from alteration and wear but still makes a nice display IMO
Still need some items for the display.....got two flight suits now so need an extra pair of flight boots so please let me know if you have a worn pair for sale or trade.

I agree wholeheartedly,SS is very nice but VERY depressing,for reasons you mentioned,I switched to political branches {SA,NSFK,NSKK,DAF etc etc.}as its much more satisfying.Instead of having 3 or 4 cufftitles you can have 8 tunics and caps!!seriously!!
MUCH more fun,happy I did it!!and bet you are too!!Nice stuff!!

I sure understand you and I agree, and the political side is very interesting also. For some reason it has never been that sought after by many but perhaps it is the lack of front line combat?

And an oxygen mask for the summer flight helmet LKp S 101
It is a restored mask I restored it myself, and it sill need a little work. Would prefere and untouced one but I can´t afford one at the moment so this one will have to do for now.
