Hi!

I am new on this forum and dont know if this is the right place to ask this but il try.

Can somebody help me whit kolonial badges i would like to know the pricerange on them.....

1 class lionorder.
2.class whit and whitout ribbon
Elephantorder repeard and not repared....

I havent found this information on the net and i dont know where to look...but i am interested to start collecting these.

Hi Tommy,

The market is full of good fakes of these right now, so watch out. A good Loewenorden will cost about 200.00, one on the ribbon about 140.00 and a good Elefantenorden about 120.00.

The elephant order is post war imo. The lion order may have a chance but larger pics are needed.

I don't know about the elephant, but the catch on the reverse of the lion seems odd. Need to see closeups.

OK,i forget the elephantbadge. I would love to give you bigger pictures BUTT.....then i have to buy it...i found it for sale and this are the only pictures i got.

The elephant is no good, but the lion has big chances. I tend to say it looks absolutely right.

In my opinion you should always contact the seller for better pictures if you are in doubt, unless its 5 euro

. If the price is around the nominal price (as Vince wrote) and no better pictures are provided, you can better wait for another piece (and there are always pieces around) instead of maybe throwing your money away!

Now i did get better pictures...but this is not the same badge........now im not interested anymore...dont know what you guys call this but it like to call it a trick!!

Yes i have now sent and ask why it isent the same badge....mayby hi has a explenation to it? I hope hi ansers my mail...if not there is something wrong.

Now i got his anser. The badge is already sold and hi forgot to delete it from the webshop.
So no Lionorden for me..i have to keep loking.
