I picked up a FR1 tunic from a US veteran's wife which I believe John owns now. I distinctly remember the right sleeve having two rows of dark green thread stiches remaining. They were hand done, not machine sewn on. They were original remnants as no one had touched the tunic since it was brought back. This was in the late 1980s. I found an enlisted man's FR1 cuff title and had it sewn on. It was tacked on to match the original stitching.
