Red Lion, Eric and Chip pse spare a thought for this poor Englishman when it comes to disposing of the odd unwanted MG shovel and/or case........... and anything else MG maxim for that matter.
As for that drag strap economy pattern with metal fastening loops, one was for sale in Russia at some horrific price about a year ago. It was bought by a bottomless pocket collector.

Thanks for showing. I used to think the top stitched piece on the cover was a repair but that doesn't appear to be correct, just the way some were made.
