who can help to identify this badge on originalality?

Must the be enamel on the stripes or are there also painted one?

but is this one on ebay also a fake or original?

Both examples look ok. This badge was only produced once and I wouldn't expect to find a legit one with painted chevron. However, the enamel on these is fairly shallow and does not rise to the top of the dikes, so it might easily be mistaken for paint by someone who didn't examine the piece closely or who was not familiar with enameling techniques and materials.
