Not exactly cheap, think most of us will have some trouble to afford it..

I wish that it goes to a real German plane lover, but like many of these I'm afraid someone will buy it and cover it with blinding non-German color glossy paint ..

And the small town of Leck where these birds once were stationed in May 1945 is 30 miles away from mine ...

If I had the money to buy it would be a great core for an aviation museum there.

Unfortunately, I have not.

It is hard for me to believe that this is an all-original aircraft for this price.

The owner was kind enough to answer my question. The HE was painted in the 1960s when it was in Canada. Best, Bill

My living romm cealing is vaulted and this would look BA hanging from it! I would have to stop the Boy's from fighting over who gets to sit in it LOL!
I hope this finds a good home perhaps with Paul Allen? and is properly restored! Even with those swastika things that can't be applied in certain European areas!

It was difficult to fly even for experienced WWII Luftwaffe pilots, so it is definitely no bird for the average warbird driver.

By the way: RamJet has nothing to do with ramming, it is only a special type of a jet propulsion engine for Mach 3 aircraft.

Oh my, this plane is just a couple blocks from my office. I might just have to try and go see it.

Did you guys see the static Bf109G that is for sale on the next Hermann Historica auction?

Maybe this guy will buy it:

His Me262 will be part of his own local "Freedom Shows" this year.
