Oberleutnant Horst Kerfin (*21.03.1913 + 22.01.1943) at Heraklion on 28 May 1941. By Crete, he was chef of 11./FJR1.

Can any one identify the Last Fallschirmjager in the photo?
I thought it could be Hauptman Abratis? But not positive..

Why don´t you get Biblio Verlag´s excellent book about the KC holders of the Fallschirmjäger units? There you get photos, all dates known about battles, awards etc of every Green devil.

Ludwig is right ! This book is a 'must have' if you are interested by both FSJ troops and KC holders. You will find it for example in Detlev Niemann's or Helmut Weitze's respective website. It cost about 80-85 EUR but it's worth buying it.

Ludwig and Denis: I would like to have Biblio Verlag's book, but 80-85 EUR is too much money for me. The exchange here in argentina is 1 EUR = 3,75 Pesos, that would be 300-318 Pesos, that's a lot of money for a book here in my
country
Hope one day I can buy it, maybe in the year 2050

Well this is way after the last post of course,but i did not want to start another thread for this so here goes.There was a book on all the FJ knights cross winners too that came out awhile back and it must then have pictures of these 2 in FJ unifrorm right?.sSo could any that have the book post there two pictures or more here or if not mp them to me even?,thanks.

Dose anyone have pictures in FJ uniform,maybe dress/posed uniform or any of these 2 FJ officers,1.Oberleutnant Georg ruppert Jacob who fought with 1./Fallsch.J.Rgt. 7 in russia and won his 13th September 1944 and thats on post 1 here. And also Hauptmann Gerhard Methner from II./Fallsch.Art.Rgt. 6 who won his on the 30th April 1945.
