My first 57 wound badge
Hello
Since i hadn't got a wound badge, i was always on the look out for a nice exemple.
Last week i found one i wanted to add to my collection.
Maybe not the mintiest around but one with a lot of character.
It is always nice to find another maker in the sea of S&L woundbadges.
Best regards
stijn

And the reverse.
I find it amazing to see such a pointy end of the needle.

Hello
A very nice, and very early new form wound badge. Not 100%, but I think this one is a Deumer made piece.
Regards
David

Hi Stijn!! A nice looking early WB, the bit of wear only adds to its character in my opinion!! I agree with David, the hardware looks like Deumer to me too, rarer than S & L!!! Very Nice!!! -Nigel

Nice one, Stijn. The S&L are indeed more common to find, but this more scarce Deumer is a real beauty .

Thank you guys.
I agree that this must be a Deumer one.

Indeed Rüdiger i did. For the moment i'm a bit maxed out but i stumbled over some nice items the last few weeks. And as you now you have to buy them otherwhise it takes a lot of time before you see them offerd again.
There are a few other beauties on their way. Can't wait...
Best regards

That's a nice WB Stijn! I love Deumer made pieces and any piece with a nice, worn look like your new SWB!
I have this one's brother in schwarz...
