Vince, you need to revist the 2 page of this thread as your question was previously asked and answered.

Here is my contribution to this thread:

A poor condition double decal m34 FSP aluminum lid. The comb shows traces of black paint, perhaps to stop light from reflecting off it during allied bombing, the liner is brittle and flaking in places, the chinstrap is cut/torn on both sides and the Polizei decal is damaged.

Hi,

just a question to the experts: In December 1944 a dark blue Feldanzug 44 was introduced for the fire service.

Are there any known examples of original pattern 33 uniforms?

In Deuster "Deutsche Polizei-Uniformen" Page 225 is said that only a few were produced.

Bye
Frank

Hi Frank, I was going to say this was started as a Feuerschutzpolizei thread and Feuerwehren contributions are limited, although I see it's ventured well into Feuerwehren. Anyhow, looking at your question starting with the M44 then going back to 33, are you looking for examples of FW tunics prior the 36 regulation change or are you looking for post 36 rockbluse and feldbluse? If looking for the earlier 33 patterns, there might have been a couple posted in past threads her ein the police forum.

Hi Dave,

oh I was wrong, I meant the blue M44 blouse, not the 33.

I am looking for any pics of blue M44 blouses of the Feuerwehren. Are there any known originals?

Bye
Frank

Frank, I don't recall having seen any offhand. For some reason I keep thinking one may have been posted for discussion some where at some other time but I can't find it. I also checked what little I have saved of FW pictures and nothing. Maybe somone else will jump in here.

Default fire police cap?

I need opinion on this cap which I received yesterday. Any posible dating?
Is it firepolice or It is something else? There is no preserved stemps. Exept RZM on the back of the button. There are some hardly seen traces from ink or paint looks more inscription than a stamp, it seems to have been yelow once... something like 37 or anything similar in shape. Perhaps size number ,but heat is much larger tnan 57 something like 59-61. Shows long use. Thanks!

yes, it looks too red for fire police, But I did not find anywhere shown such a model with piping for railway services in wartime and after.
