Opinions on "4" marked 1957 EK2 Please!
Hello all,
I was offered this EK2 to buy (my signature worked!)
I probably should've posted it before paying, but I just got too enthusiastic and it's on the way already.
It 3-piece, magnetic, and marked "4" on a closed ring.
Can I have your opinions please? About period of manufacture, collectability, authenticity, etc.
Many advance thanks to those in the 57 forum!
Trevor

Sweet, thanks.
Nigel, out of curiosity: why '60s and not '50s?

I think it could be from the ´50s, the first series were marked and had the wartime frame.

it could well be from the 50's, but i think its impossible to say for sure, unless anyone knows when they were numbering the rings, but i thought i'd play it safe and go for 60's, either way its a great one -Nigel

cant wait to see them, as Mathjis said, you see the MM'd Deumers quite often, but MM'd S & L's seem rarer -Nigel
