Congratulations to all on your new Indo China wars WAF sub-forum.
I'll have to check in now and then to learn whats new here and get a bit educated on this topic that now has come to fruition and is its own beast.

I certainly believe this sub forum is warranted. The Vietnam conflict and the various wars that were fought there have generated a rather large following of collectors and historians.
Many collectors that have become dis -enfranchised with German reproductions and the myriad of fakes associated with WW2 relics have swithced to this area of collecting. Not that there are no fakes here, they certainly have flooded the market recently and in the past.
Vietnam relics can still be found at reasonable prices, although they are increasingly on the rise. You can also at times still converse with the vets who wore the uniforms or brought the stuff home.
The hobby is still expanding and new information is becoming available all of the time. Perhaps we can expand it a bit further with this forum and increase our own understanding of the time and its relics as well! Jeff

Be thankfull .
Good stuff men .
If you ask then you get .
But I must ask for some help .
I am a self confessed idot when it comes to finding pictures on the internet .
I am asking for help in my camouflage thread .
I am looking for pictures of camouflage in use .
Every week or so I will keep the thread in a time frame .
So could you help me by posting pictures from the camouflagr posted .
Right now I am in WW2 -Indo china .
Anything showing itewms being worn would be great .
I want the thread to be a refence point -time line to the camouflage uniforms as used year by year .
Not just a mis-match of everything all at once .
Thanks
owen

Hello all - Like what Chris said in his last post Ade has been working to get all threads in place on this forum along with the MODs set for the ICW forum. So please stay tuned and if you have any questions or on any threads you believe that should be on this fourm please contact Ade or myself.
Thanks...
PS - I have pinned and re-named this thread for the short time until the new MODs are in place...
