No need to slander fighting men with crass politics besslein, that was a low blow.
Save your whining for a political forum.

We missed each other in Korea by a year. I was at the JSA in Panmunjom from Aug '87 - Sept '88. The Imjin Scout Badge is still my most prized possession from my days in the Army.

Scouts Out!

Very Nice! I was a 2nd Platoon Mad Dog. What a great place to spend a tour. I went back to see the place in '03, wow! The whole sunken garden area had changed and Bonifas looked a whole different two.

"Ass in the Grass" multiply times in each of the last 4 consecutive decades to date, from Commies to Haji's.

Proud son of a WW II ETO Army Vet and proud Father of an Infantry boy also currently in the 82nd ABN. Honored to have served simultaneously with my Son during one of his Iraq x 2, and Afghan tours.

US Army (ret) 24 years. Signed up to defend the US from Soviet aggression and ended up protecting and fighting people of the Muslim faith.

Protecting = SFOR (Bosnia) & KFOR (Kosovo).
